"Keep It Quiet" Door Hanger: Let colleagues know that even though you're on campus, you're attending a virtual conference.
Speaker Presentation Slides: If presenters upload their slides and/or materials, you can locate them in the online agenda under the session title under "Resources." We ask speakers to upload their materials after the conference ends to include in the proceedings message. Not all speakers choose to upload materials.
Campus Team Resources: Access a readiness checklist and helpful information on how to plan, promote, host, facilitate, and evaluate your campus event. Campus Flyer: A Word template for you to customize in order to promote the event at your institution.
Campus Team Participation
We encourage you to participate as a team. Team members find that active discussion and engagement with each other during session activities builds rapport, solidifies plans, and enriches collaboration. See the registration page to purchase additional logins at a reduced rate.
Additional logins enable access to the conference from an additional location and/or from an additional computer—all from the same institution. Instead of choosing only one live session from the six available choices, additional logins also allow you to offer multiple concurrent conference sessions in separate rooms. Bring the EDUCAUSE conference experience to your campus for cost-effective professional development.
Virtual Conference Center
Virtual participants can easily locate and access all online events through the virtual conference center. All sessions, whether a webcast or an interactive exclusive online session, will be available to you—in real time or on-demand as your schedule permits. Engage with your fellow attendees from around the world through unique communication opportunities within the networking lounge and compete for prizes in the Game Room.
- Private recordings page: In addition, registrants will receive a link to all virtual conference session recordings that they can share with their nonregistered team members and colleagues.
All 3 general and 60 featured and concurrent sessions will be video streamed live from the conference and 61 webcasts will be available on-demand.
The following sessions will be streamed live for the online audience but will NOT be recorded:
- General Session: Wednesday, October 16 from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. PT with Sir Ken Robinson
- Featured Session: Wednesday, October 16 from 3:40 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. PT with Jorge Lopez
So What Does It Cost? Case Studies of Campus Web Accessibility: Thursday, October 17 from 1:30 to 2:20 p.m.
Exclusive online, half-day preconference seminars will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 12:30 to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 15. These in-depth, highly interactive sessions will provide attendees with a chance to explore key issues, tools, and subjects. (Please note: A separate registration and fee are required.)
Digital Poster Gallery
Posters provide an opportunity to share campus experiences through informal, interactive, brief presentations. All on-site poster presenters have been invited to recast their posters for online delivery to the Digital Poster Gallery. Participate virtually, share the experience, and explore each topic of interest.
